By accessing and using Daanlytics, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Service Description
Daanlytics provides a donor management and analytics platform specifically designed for NGOs in India. Our services include:
- Donor and donation management
- Analytics and reporting tools
- Receipt generation and email services
- Campaign management features
- Data export and integration capabilities
User Accounts
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to bind your organization
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful or malicious content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent activities
- Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
Payment Terms
Subscription and payment terms:
- Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
- You are responsible for all taxes and fees
Data Ownership and Security
Regarding your data:
- You retain ownership of all data you input into our platform
- We implement industry-standard security measures
- We will not access your data except for support purposes with your consent
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data
- Data export is available upon request
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but:
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime
- Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions
- We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
- SLA commitments are specified in your subscription plan
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- We may terminate for violation of these terms
- We may terminate with 30 days notice for any reason
- Upon termination, your access will be suspended
- Data export is available for 30 days after termination
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- We do not warrant that the service will be error-free
- You use the service at your own risk
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, India.
