Privacy Policy

When your NGO registers, we collect your organization's details — name, registration type (Trust, Society, or Section 8 company), and compliance information such as PAN, 80G, 12A, and FCRA registration numbers where provided.

Once you're using Daanlytics, your team enters donor records (name, contact details, address, PAN where applicable) and donation records (amounts, payment details, campaign association) as part of running your NGO's donor management.

We also collect basic account information for each team member — name, email, and role — to manage access to your organization's workspace.

All data is stored on infrastructure located in India — it is not transferred or stored outside the country.

Sensitive fields, including donor PAN numbers, are encrypted at rest. All traffic to and from Daanlytics is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.

Each NGO's data is isolated to its own subdomain. There is no shared database view or cross-tenant access between organizations on the platform.

Your data is used solely to provide the Daanlytics service to your organization — generating receipts, showing reports, running the features you've enabled, and improving the product.

We do not sell donor or donation data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

A small number of trusted providers process data on our behalf strictly to deliver the service: our payment gateway processes online donations, and our email provider sends receipts and notifications. These providers only receive the minimum data needed to perform their function.

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It is HTTP-only and secure, and is not used for tracking or advertising.

We retain your organization's data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your organization's data deleted, contact us at support@daanlytics.com and we'll process the request, subject to any records we're legally required to retain.

If a donor whose record is held in your NGO's workspace wants their data corrected or removed, that request should go to your organization first, since you control that record. We're happy to assist your team in fulfilling it.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update this page and adjust the date below. Continued use of Daanlytics after a change means you accept the updated policy.
